Dyeing Process

Although Shams Textile does not operate its own dyeing and printing facility, all dyeing and printing processes for our fabrics are carried out through OEKO-TEX® certified dyeing and printing mills on a subcontract basis. We carefully select and collaborate only with compliant and audited dyeing mills that strictly follow international standards for chemical safety, environmental responsibility, and quality control. These partner mills are certified to ensure that all dyes, chemicals, and finishing processes used are free from harmful substances and comply with OEKO-TEX® requirements. Our technical and quality teams closely monitor each stage of the dyeing and printing process to ensure color consistency, fabric performance, and overall product quality. From bulk production to final inspection, we maintain strict supervision and coordination with our dyeing partners to meet buyer specifications and delivery commitments. By working with certified dyeing and printing facilities, Shams Textile ensures that all finished fabrics meet international compliance standards while maintaining flexibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
